Full Service Estate Liquidations:

* We prepare and conduct full service estate liquidations.  The cost varies based on the size of the home, the volume of the contents, the amount of de-clutter that needs to take place, the allied services requested.
* We provide consulting services with the option of pricing assistance for a sale you wish to handle yourself.  
*We provide consignment services for items to be represented to galleries, auction houses, internet sites.
*We can arrange for and supervise thorough house cleaning services, yard services, carpet cleaning and any repair or plumbing service that might be needed.  We want to help you be able to represent your property in the best way possible.

Process:

* We like to request that the client not pre-clean and throw out items.  It is very possible something of value might be disposed of.  We have seen clutter.
*The first step is to contact us to arrange for a consultation at the property where the sale will be conducted.  This gives us the opportunity to assess the sale.  It also gives our prospective client the opportunity to meet us and discuss their needs and concerns in person.
*At the consultation, we will provide complete information on how we conduct a sale including set-up, staging, research and pricing, advertising, staffing.
*We are also able to discuss components of our handling a sale during an initial phone or email contact.
